Born and raised in Texas, I moved to Michigan 13 years ago to be a father to my kids after my divorce. I am an avid sports fan, love to be outdoors, enjoy riding my harley and work way more than I should have to just to survive in this state. Because I enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, and exploring the U.P., I quickly fell in love with all that Michigan has to offer. Michigan is truly a beautiful state. We have amazing breweries and museums, historical monuments and competitive sports teams. Michigan is God’s country and we are lucky enough to call it HOME. Isn’t that worth fighting for? Our state is currently being destroyed by solar farms and wind turbines with this push for green energy. I believe that we need to push to protect and preserve our amazing Great Lakes, beautiful forests and the wildlife! We need to protect our children and our future.
